Pros

I have been with the company for 2-1/2 years. I love the flexible schedule. The work is challenging but rewarding. There are clear expectations. They offer a 401K plan and quarterly bonuses. Our DM keeps us motivated and informed about company changes.

Cons

You need to be flexible.

Pros

Some pros would be making my own schedule, working alone(I prefer that), the bonus's are nice, you can potentially travel for this job.

Cons

Every time I do a job, there are a lot of people that think I work for whatever store I am at and ask me questions and that gets annoying. People see the scanner and think "oh you must work here".

Pros

Fun job with a flexible work schedule. I love the variety and independence of this job! I look forward to each job I am assigned. I actually LIKE going to work! I thrive working alone and at my own pace.

Cons

Physically demanding at times. Lots of walking, bending, reaching. But (a plus!) it's great exercise! Some assingments require driving 30+ miles, but you do get paid for it, so it's not completely a bad thing!
