Pros

Technology is on point! The staff are readily available and make you feel at ease about the collection work you are doing. The District Manager keeps an "open phone" policy since I don't have to go into an office. Almost all tasks are done on the apps provided and you call or text your manager.

Cons

I really don't see any cons right now. My first job went pretty smoothly despite my own awkwardness of trying to collect prices and not being very obvious about it.

Flexible. Easy and thorough training. Great part-time job.

Cons

Training can be somewhat overwhelming. Not many hours initially but is good to get experience. Need to have some tech understanding.
