Pros

Good Brokerage for Experienced agents. The company gives you the freedom to operate your business as you would like but offers continuing education and assistance as well. The oversight to freedom experience was positive in my opinion.

Cons

Personally I did not care for the graphics and / or logo of the company as I thought it was old looking and out-dated. Since the logo has to go on all of your marketing materials, I thought it would have been better to have multiple logos to choose from.
