Be careful and CYA

Pros

The staff is fantastic; most of the "employees" are actually independent contractors.

Cons

The family and individuals who run the company are severely ethically challenged. They operate in an unscrupulous manner, and anyone who comes in contact with these people should know things are not as they appear, and should watch their back and cover themselves (CYA) in every way. Do not trust agreements, and be careful of the managing broker, as she explodes and is incredibly unprofessional once one gets past the facade. In every other position in many years prior, my experiences included promotions and many successes. In this environment, I experienced bullying and completely inappropriate behavior from superiors. Be very careful.
