Constant re-organizational efforts in response to the downturn and stagnation in the industry is having an impact on employee loyalty.

The best reason to work at this company was because it had good hours and the work load was easy.

Cons

The cons were there was never enough work to do and it was very boring. Also the management was mean and the people you have to interact with are also mean.
