Sky is the limit. You could manage your time, but the more you are focus on your business is better. You get all the support you need.

Cons

It is only a commission based job. It is like to develop your own business. If you not are self motivated and determined this work is not for you.

Great recognizable brand. Solid financials. Hard working, hard playing culture of top performers. Donates significantly to charities. Dominate market leader in most countries worldwide.

Cons

Relatively high staff turnover at Head Office with some false starts on projects. Could really benefit from some seasoned talent at the Senior Management level.
