The brand is awesome. Some of the people there were awesome, even when face with terrible ownership.

Cons

The owner was terrible. Yelling, swearing and making you feel no confidence at all. Changing your job roles at will, making you do poaching calls. Upset agents who were not getting paid, not being able to reach accounting department. Not a great place to walk into each day.
