      Pros

      pay, workplace environment, supportive colleagues and a general feeling of support. I found that working here there was a fun atmosphere which fostered productivity.

      Cons

      At the time I was there, you had to work in a job one full year before moving to another position. Frustrating when you saw a perfect job within the company but weren't allowed to apply.

      Learn the applications/ software used by the TREB

      Cons

      No room to grow, stock doing the same job very repetative and boring ,as well as; expecting you to work weekends without paying you talking about banking hours. I did not take the job to bank hours does not pay the bills, it was not in my job discriptions, then again alot of things I did was not however same pay, even if you work on a holiday they don't pay overtime, they give you a day off in laiu of.

      Pros

      Commission split with Broker is better than traditional business models meaning more money in the agent's pocket. RE/MAX International spends more money on national advertising than the competition even in this current down market. Technology including lead generation and training is exceptional.

      Cons

      Fees are higher for the agent than traditional business models making it nearly impossible to work part time and have a profitable business. Full time seasoned agents are most successful with RE/MAX.
