Pros

Not really any to mention except that your day passed very quickly.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations, not enough support staff to cover the hugh number of deals being processed. Management puts realtors before the support staff every single time. Very poor benefits. This place was an adult daycare run by big egos.

Pros

I don't have to be in the office all day.

Cons

The management here has no loyalty to long term employees. I watched friends who have worked there for decades be let go without warning. It's all politics all the time - middle aged women wanting to get ahead I guess. It's disappointing that this kind of stuff goes on in this day and age. I wouldn't recommend working here or doing business with this organization.
