      Pros

      Very friendly environment, got a lot to learn about the local real estate market and buying and selling strategies. Easy for a new start to office career.

      Cons

      Not the best organized of places to work in, so if you cannot work in laid back positions then it might be hard to fit in. Sometimes may be required to work long hours
