Pros

Two key benefits are marketing and training offered.

Cons

The number one downside is the expense. It is far too expensive. You pay fees, dues and split your commision.

Pros

As a RE/MAX Realtor, I have the freedom to do as I please with my clients. I do not have someone looking over my shoulder watching every thing I do.

Cons

For me there are no downsides to working with RE/MAX, the only downsides are the issues that are related to real estate as a whole. If you do not put in the time you will not make any money.
