Some of the people are very knowledgeable.

Cons

Annual budgets are pointless as company priorities change with the wind. No long term strategies, preventative maintenance is voluntary, and their safety practices aren't strong enough for such a dangerous industry.

Very good monthly income It's union.

Cons

Long hours. Get forced 12 hours on a off day every week. Hr doesn't care about your concerns and supervisors and Hr are sketchy and use loop holes to F you. Summer time is 110+ degrees.
