There are some really good people that work here.

Cons

We've been around for 5 years, and have managed to file bankruptcy, close 3 plants, and layoff numerous people. The sad part is there's no plan to get any better.

We made a conscious decision after the acquisition of multiple plants to systematically absorb the new business into our current plant structure. When decisions are made at the top many factors come into play. We often have to make long-term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short-term. Our leadership team makes every effort to minimize employee cutbacks while driving continuous improvement and streamlining measures.
