Only good thing was sleeping on the job.

Cons

Absolutely hated going to work I got treated like crap by the plant manager all the time. That's why I would sleep on the job. No matter how hard you work or don't work it's always your fault if they don't like you

Thank you for your feedback, yes we did make management changes, and employee changes too! Sleeping on the job does not provide stable employment.

Pros

The teams are lean, but you get to work on different projects and make a difference in how the company will handle a process or improvement. Everyone seems to really care about the health of the company, its not about individual agendas but about the company succeeding.

Cons

If you aren't really going to contribute - it is going to show. No one gets a free ride. The work is constant, there are no breaks in activity. So stamina has to be high. I could work 24 hours a day, but I would always have more I could do.
