Pros

Many employees who have been with the Company for 20+ years. Lots of opportunities for growth and career development. They take good care of their people.

Cons

There were too many interviews and interviewers; this made the process drag on for too long.

Dynamic market, capital goes to plants with new contracts, not the plants that could use the upgrades. New owners cut capital in a high asset value industry
