Pros
Met some amazing people - teams were diverse and a big "melting pot" of backgrounds
Cons
-Company continually makes poor financial decisions -Very top heavy organization, too many VPs and Directors with unclear paths forward, but lower level employees were the ones affected by layoffs -CEO is incredibly unprofessional, scatter-brained, and does not understand the industry they are operating in -Toxic cutthroat culture - culture of working during PTO, working late nights and weekends, "sign the biggest deal" -Senior leadership clearly directed managers to make unethical decisions then backtracked -Multiple rounds of layoffs but the people that made the decisions that got the company to a bad place weren't the ones affected
