Cons

Everything - culture, managers that don't know what they are doing, nobody listens to your concerns. Expect to not have a life - you are expected to work 14 hours a day including weekends.

Decent pay, smart people. Nice HQ office and feels like a real tech company (but it’s not..)

Cons

Fire you on a whim. Work 24/7, always on culture of overworking so that when nothing gets done at least you have the alibi of constantly staring at a screen. No clue, no direction. This will blow up like we work and so many other SoftBank companies. ** Seriously just call a former employee that had the role you’re going for before pursuing this.
