It's inspiring to work in a place where people believe that we can make a difference and where we can see the result of your work on a daily basis. The work can be tough at times but its worth it. There were some changes recently in the kitchens leadership that are making a big difference.
Cons
Working remotely can be tough so we need to improve the communication.
