      Good people, exciting concept, the future

      Tech guys trying to play restaurant. Upper leadership has no idea how to be operators and don’t know how to manage scenarios. It would be like a couple chefs switching to Microsoft and jumping on team calls and discussing product advancement; the learning curve would be huge.
