- Management is not organized, seemingly relatively unstable - Consistent technical difficulties - Unclear instructions - Sometimes work tasks were required outside of work hours - Position was unstable, with sudden branch closure with 2 weeks of notice

- Remote work - Young company - Cool concept

Cons

- Management is full of a bunch of over talking conmen - Frequent layoffs - Below Market Pay - Unpaid bonuses - Work/Life balance is complete crap - No one respects your PTO - Demeaning and demoralizing leadership - Turnover rate is higher than anything I've seen before - Consistently told we’re exceeding revenue expectations, while somehow still not able to pay out bonuses or fill open positions - Often pushed to do things incorrectly just to say they were done
