      - Great people - Great ideas - Massive scale - So much potential

      Cons

      - Poor execution - No investment in tech or infrastructure needed to operate long term - No clear vision and no focus on execution - One hand doesn't know what the other is doing or how it fits into the greater plan - running the backbone of the company into the ground or laying them off to meet budget requirements then wondering why things are falling apart

      Pros

      I was employed by Reef Technology for about 6 months and was let go while I was at a funeral. I was unable to answer the two phone calls they made to me and when I went to apply for unemployment was told that I was fired by Reef for not showing up to work because I did not answer two phone calls. Honestly, I think I am legally still employed by them. No one in the entire company knows what they are doing and everything is kind of make it up as you go. They did not get the funding they were wanting in April 22 and let an entire company they had purchased 5 months earlier go. I feel like that is a huge sign that they don't know what they are doing. If you are thinking of joining the team here I would think again because it is a company that does not value its employees and has no idea what they are doing. It's a rudderless ship and would steer clear.

      Flexible work from home schedule.

      Cons

      Have you seen the we work documentary? Is basically a cult like environment. Extremely top heavy, very little resources available to actually get your job done. Extremely long hours, the chaos and disorganization, is a constant waste of time, you start on projects and they constantly get shut down for lack of budget or CEO changing his mind. So there's an overwhelming sense of time being wasted. They thrive on giving people titles, however, pay does not remotely match the title.
