Cons

Terminated almost everyone in the office and move the department offshore. Had many last-minute decisions from the top which delayed increased our workload. Only focused on Kitchens segments and ignored Parking, which is the foundation for everything they are doing. Pay is way below the industry average.

Do not work for them. Do not shop with them, this company lacks ethics, respect, and decent behaviour towards their employees and partnered companies. A bunch of rich 1%ers trying to keep the profit flowing on their unused parking lot real estate. RUN do not WALK away from anything branded by this remarkably terrible company. Working for them was hell, i cried at least once a week. watched them lay off and fire people who gave them everything for years! I got out before i was also laid off, but others with families and mortgages not so lucky. REEF You are the worst of them and if their HR team reads this(cause i know you do ;) ) - you should leave too... one day you will look back on your time with this company and feel regret for the lives you ruined through apathy and poor business management.

Pros

- Many smart people - Interesting business concept - Pay isn't bad (but behind other big tech companies)

Cons

- People work all day and night, often having to take calls at the weekend - There is zero chance to rest: you are told "we are a 24/7 culture" and there's only 20 days of holiday per year, which is the bare minimum - Lack of organisation: lurch to the left, lurch to the right - People are hired and fired super regularly - The worst culture I've ever worked in -> it's reminiscent of places like Amazon but without the good bits
