Overworked and Underpaid

FREE FOOD. AND NOTHING ELSE!

Cons

Too many to list it all starts with management and lack there of. Underpaid and expected to work overtime and weekends. Unsafe working conditions health and safety issues. No growth within, with no BONUS and Vacation not guaranteed!

The team that I work with are great, happy to help each other.

Cons

so to sum it up, leadership doesn't care about you. You are non-existent to them. All the decision are being made in Miami, USA. if you are in Canada, you job is uncertain, treated as second class employees. All benefits/extended vacations apply only to USA employees.
