      Pros

      Good team atmosphere, fair workload, and decent pay for the position. Opportunities to learn and grow if you take initiative.

      Cons

      Poor management communication and lack of clear direction. Leadership often made inconsistent decisions and ignored employee feedback.

      Pros

      Some great people, good fast pace in places, with lots of learning (to find yourself from jobs needed)

      Cons

      Not set up for success with poorly managed mix of "corporate" style coming from large US operations, and "start-up" style from small UK operations, end up with the worst of both worlds. Recent changes in personnel might lead to more success, but was pretty rough when I worked there...
