The only pro was me getting paid in pounds

-They make you work over 14 hours, if anyone thinks about getting a job here you should never. -Colleagues are boomers, they can not even use laptop. -They dont give you raises they give you trauma

-Mostly remote work -Great team of people in the region that always worked together -Great entry-level pay -Allowance for personal vehicle

-Frequent leadership changes -Lack of support in some regions and cities -Unclear decision making by executives created challenges in day-to-day of lower staff -Scope of work not always clear and responsibilities often changed week to week
