Good Pay and Hours. Culture is very positive on the front face.

Cons

Entire department was laid off, as fair warning. Job had issues leading to miscommunication on what should be done throughout the day, and many technical issues due to employee facing tools that were poorly developed. Your day to day work felt like there was a better way of doing this.
