      Start up company with lots of growing to do

      Pros

      Company culture accepts failure as a path to growth. Company makes several attempts at different solutions until one works.

      Cons

      Company executive leadership do not operate in an ethical and transparent manner; moving around operations and going to accounting to increase margins on client operating cost, then expecting the field leaders to conduct damage control with accounts that are being charged more and not informed. The CEO is interested in one thing, launching his ghost kitchen concept tgat got him the first $1 billion loan from major investors. All other business verticals are treated secondary and are more of a platform to help launch the vision. This is gone when everyone in the company is working towards the same goal, but this is not the case at REEF.

      Terrible Management in the Product, Technology and Marketing

      Remote work and coworkers in the different teams

      Cons

      Awful management, product department was restructured every 3 months, high turnover of directors, pms, devs, and designers. Lots of chaos and lack of leadership or direction, no product was launched successfully, most of the projects were thrown away or redone.

      Reef is very inconsistent with running their company in general!

      Pros

      Easy job for the pay. Opportunity to be a manager of your own truck. Depending on location and how busy the food truck gets you either work alone or with others.

      Cons

      Their leadership as a company. There's alot of miscommunication in upper management. Theres lack of training when you first get hired. Lack of care for their employees. Complete disregard for safety ( food and overworked ) hire ups relabel food for a longer date! Relocate the truck without letting their employees know. Will furlough employees without notifying the employees.
