Unrealistic expectations. Obvious corporate level have no real idea how restaurants work. A lot of negative morale. Unhappy employees. Lazy employees. Entitled employees. Overlook true leaders to give favorites, positions they do not deserve or are any good at. No listening. A lot of hush hush. A lot of bad,untrue, distorted, and edited for the agenda, publicity. No incentives. Crazy hot or cold depending on season. Lack of tools to execute and succeed due to finances. Funds being focused in the wrong places.
