      Total chaos with zero worklife balance

      Pros

      The people are very hardworking and caring. You have to be hardworking….i.e. willing to give up your personal life…as there is NO worklife balance.

      Cons

      Senior management was a disaster and only cared about their bonuses. No company structure or executive leadership. No worklife balance. Felt like I was working on the titanic…trying to fix insurmountable problems….for a company that was sinking. Wish I had never heard of or worked for Reef.

      Remote job (Double edged sword) Paid PTO

      Cons

      No raises ($14 USD for operations support role and $13 USD for CSR role) Stressful work environment Layoffs (3-4 times in the 2 years I was with the company) Workload increase from laid off departments. Promises of things getting better. Dealing with pissed off customers (This company has a lot of them) Lazy management "I don't care how it works, do it for me" mentality Laid off IT departments, multiple customer service departments and outsourced them. Losing contracts left and right.
