      Fully remote work, and the individuals on my team were great while we worked together.

      Constantly changing direction, having to always justify our value, poor money management leading to multiple layoffs

      Hardworking people but don' know how to actually do things correctly.

      Cons

      Everything needs to be done yesterday, no processes, management is scared of owner yes men no work life balance management has no clue what they are doing CTO should not be in company Product Manager should not be in company Developers get burnt out Finance is a joke This is another WeWork disaster

      Unethical business practices, scam employees out of compensation.

      Pros

      The company is such a mess that most of the employees get a paycheck and don't work.

      Cons

      Unethical business practices. Executive team hires their friends who don't work so they can get a paycheck but they aren't skilled in the positions they are hired for. No employee welfare, no bonuses for midlevel and lower, no raises. It feels like a company that was started by the CEO so senior leadership (and their friends) can live the good life on the investors' dime.
