      Pros

      REEF has the nicest/kindest employees I have ever seen. I have never met so many nice people in one organization. People have high pain thresholds since we are a startup and can adjust quickly through failures/unexpected events. Everyone is really supportive and kind.

      Cons

      If you are not a passionate person of "bringing the world to your block". It will be difficult. The pressure is high and it is not for everyone. More than the business, it is the people that make you go in difficult times.

      - Terrible cross functional communication. - No accountability from upper and direct management. - Be ready to work between 40 to 60 hours a week. - Be ready to not be coached or mentor, you’re on your own! - Company doesn’t have internal policy and lacks of leadership integrity.
