Leadership is non-existent People are constantly scared of losing their job, and no one sticks around because they are either fired without notice, or they leave to avoid any more trauma Constant changes in goals, no real strategy or thought. Almost like they got a dart board and randomly decide. Lots of yes-men that look to get promoted, no real progress. Accelerate organization is a circus, no real progress. They celebrate opening a location as if they cured cancer. People who go above and beyond are more likely to be reprimanded, if you do you jobs' minimum requirement and say no to anything else (counter-intuitive at a startup) you might last a bit longer.
