Again my team worked really hard and we’re bright individuals but each day everyone was on the verge of losing it

Cons

My direct manager was great but after a few months I started to feel so lost - there wasn’t much guidance and I spent most of my days keeping up with messages and emails because Everyone was else didn’t know what the heck was going on

Terrible leader ship, hands off upper management, slow response time to problems, awful company infrastructure. The only goal ever seemed to be to make investors happy, no real regard for quality.
