Pros
The company is such a mess that most of the employees get a paycheck and don't work.
Cons
Unethical business practices. Executive team hires their friends who don't work so they can get a paycheck but they aren't skilled in the positions they are hired for. No employee welfare, no bonuses for midlevel and lower, no raises. It feels like a company that was started by the CEO so senior leadership (and their friends) can live the good life on the investors' dime.
