Pros

Fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

Cut backs in employees has been brutal. Cut backs in hours has made the job not worth it. The company is much more of a "$ is the bottom line" company than a "How can we provide a better workplace and better world" company, yet in the employee training the latter is what is presented. Would no longer recommend as a good workplace with a future.

Pros

Paid "way day" and black friday. Health insurance for 20 hours/week after a year of working there.

Cons

New hires make the same pay as your merit earned pay (or more). You have to be willing to "play the game" and suck up to management to do well.
