Active opportunities and progressive activities for upskilling in the AI arena. Transparent notice and info regarding the current market/budget issues in the Fed contracting space which allows time to prepare if reductions/layoffs are imminent.

Cons

Job insecurity/uncertainty. Focus on Federal business space which no longer offers stable/consistent budget allocations. Limited horizontal opportunities due to heavily focused Federal footprint.
