      Pros

      Flexible working, global structure, growing L6S expertise and culture, paid time off, benefits competitive. Good intranet to know what's going on.

      Cons

      Lots of outsourcing and/or offshoring. No visible career development, lack of training programs in past two or three years. Some sharp managers.

      Pros

      A good company with great people. Their product diversity, global footprint, and a challenging environment, all add up to an exciting environment to work in.

      Cons

      Continuous organizational changes combined with key strategic programs changes are stretching people resources, and at times creating uncertainty. This combined with political challenges, raise question to the overall success over time.

      Pros

      Relaxed, quiet workplace. Great location.

      Cons

      None of the departments talk to each other. My manager never gave me any direction or clear guidance on what was needed. High turnover rate makes for a very disjointed kind of atmosphere.
