      Pros

      Good opportunities to move between the different business units. Personal development is an important part of the company strategy. Flexibility is offered to employees with family commitments and quite generous maternity benefits. Above average holiday package.

      Cons

      One of the less well known companies of FTSE 100, not digitally native so employees work with a lot of legacy IT systems. B2B company so sometimes slow to raise the bar in terms of customer experience.

      Company evolving very fast to meet the digital challenges in the traditional content industry, even leading in some critical areas to make it successful in future too. Rock solid foundation on 150 years, stable base business of books & journals and exciting new digital products. Company cares for good talent and tries its best to nourish and nurture talent. Management is open to suggestion and encourages innovation.

      Cons

      Content & information industry is evolving so if you are not flexible the you may face some hardship. Open mind is important to work here.
