Pros

I enjoy working at REMSA because of the flexibility in my schedule. The work atmosphere is non stressful and I am able to share my ideas freely with management and the rest of my team. We don't have to worry about competing with each other because we work together to accomplish the mission! Management is approachable which makes my job easier.

Cons

The projects maybe difficult or unforeseeable at times so you have to make tough decisions to satisfy the clients.

Pros

Great benefits, work/life balance, reasonable pay, per diem for travel. I can see management is trying to implement changes to keep the company afloat and I'm all for change. Overall, I like working for Remsa because there is a structure now.

Cons

From what I see current management does not tolerate nonsense.

the 2 people who deal with everyonel have 0...0!...people skills, and are totally incompetent. it appears as if all their time is spent trying to find ways to squeeze their employees out of every possible cent. the ownership is totally absent.. could anyone be more hands off?!? this was once a great company, now it is a giant joke!

REMSA, Inc. is a Privately-Owned Consulting (Contracting) Company. We are a Company in business to generate profit. Although, we would like to keep all contract employees employed on a project indefinitely and win all contracts, it is at many points beyond the Company's control. In situations as such, we do understand and believe the company may sometimes lose the most valuable asset " the Employee". Unfortunately, Projects are not always available. However, when they are, our main goal is to place displaced employees on those available projects. Most importantly, because we value our employees, we continue to seek ways to balance our benefit plan. We currently have 401-k, PTO, Health, disability, life, Accidental death and dismemberment Insurance, Employee discounts, Employee Assistance (EAP) and Paid Holidays. Because our Company/ team will remain professional and optimistic in all situations, we welcome candidates who will bring their unique ideas, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as, candidates who will take ownership as we work towards contributing to the overall success of the Company.
