- Great office culture - Recognition for going above and beyond - Continued education benefits and reimbursement of costs for obtaining job related licenses and certifications

Cons

- No overtime for 50-60+ hour work weeks - Below average benefits package and no competitive pay - Was asked to use PTO for hours not worked due to being affected by a natural disaster
