Pros
As an employee in the Rapid City office (corporate headquarters), I've enjoyed a family-like atmosphere. Mutual respect, passion for their work, and an amiable atmosphere is what I've found here at the corporate office. Many of the staff volunteer in the community and are excited to help aspiring engineering students at the neighboring South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (especially because so many of them are former students).
Cons
One of the few downsides of working out of the corporate office is the location. Rapid City is a growing city, but the climate can be quite harsh and unforgiving.
