This a company that spends a lot of time paying very close attention to the details. This makes the company look very appealing from the curb. Strong upper management who understands how to grow business.

Cons

Several people in mid-level management are underqualified which makes execution of what should be a simple task difficult. Management misses the forest for the trees way too often.
