As an employee with more than 20 years, I know firsthand that RETTEW is a good, employee-centric company. As an ESOP, employees are personally invested in the firm’s success and are dedicated to delivering great projects to clients. RETTEW is family-oriented, transparent in business matters, focused on advancing DEI initiatives, and allows employees options for working from home, in office, or a mix.

Cons

Limited opportunities if you are not a technical employee.

Not enough diversity Management can be out of touch sometimes. High deductible insurance Slow to give significant salary increases without additional responsibilities.
