Pros

The connection between lowest position to highest position. The level of quality that is strived as a company whole is well above par as an endgame solution. The care of the feelings, thoughts, and level of respect is IMPRESSIVE. Being in position to need a flexible work schedule is a big game changer. The non-bias actions is very nice to have they let you prove yourself as who you are while helping you along the way in your career. Rettew also allows you to advance your career with exceptional and positive relationships with not only your chain of command, but also higher positions from above Your always heard from all levels even when you feel you might not be. Many more pros are here just waiting on you to experience for your own liking, you will see after joining our team.

Cons

Some of the software programs are not the greatest but ok They chose the wrong vehicles for field use and can cause issues but they are new Haven’t noticed the contact of asking who will use the equipment, which will be the best for the job it’s just given to you but ok. Wish there were more debates on equipment being used by ones who actually use them. But you are not given crappy equipment. There are more pros than cons here at rettew

Pros

I've worked at RETTEW for about five years and have had a good experience with the company. I read some of the others reviews and really don't see the negatives that some spoke of. I've been able to advance my career and have been given more responsibility, which is what I was looking for. The company just went 100% ESOP and I think that will be a benefit to me. They are working to diversify the workload and just added sick days on top of PTO. I like the people I work with and it's pretty relaxed in the office.

Cons

Adding the sick days was positive, but the PTO could be better. The 401K match isn't the best, but the ESOP should make up for that. It seems like we are moving in the right direction.

Pros

Some coworkers were great to work with. Remote work made the locality tolerable for those commuting

Cons

I watched coworkers cry from the culture of gossip and bullying at this company. It is not a long term investment for anyone with ambition. This is where careers come to die. The administrative staff is beyond unprofessional at the project level, barring a few people, and the wonderful front desk staff. Inflexible leadership, limited growth potential, Funding and pay is less than ideal.
