Benefits start day one, 4% 401k match fully vested, cheap health insurance, good amount of responsibility and independence, laid back environment (schedule allowing), 4x10 shifts, good starting pay out of college.

Cons

Terrible decision making by management, they don't care about their employees, little to no opportunity for advancement within engineering and lack of technical experience can hinder future opportunities elsewhere, 2% raises, company is production-led and engineers are there to feed/assist the production line.
