Pros

You get to work with a lot of people who have been building RV's for years. They are the most personable people to ever work with. They all strive to build the best RV in the market. The best source on the how's and why's of building an RV reside in their minds. You just need to respect them and the job they do to get that information.

Cons

Lot's of walking. If you can imagine an assembly line for vehicles that are measured in feet. The longer the coach, the bigger the line. It's not unimaginable to put in a minimum of 3 miles of walking each day. Hot and cold market based upon interest rates. Not too many people spend cash on the vehicles. When interest rates are high, production is low.

None anymore, everything sucks there

Cons

Supervisors sleeping with each other and covering for each other's dirt. Seniority means nothing you just have to tickle someone's balls to get ahead in anything. Everything is always someone else's problem. And they pay less than other welding companies and are taking away overtime, so what's the point? There's no profit for its employees to be made they cut entire work days out without notice because of the incompetence of the managers that are constantly neglecting the equipment, improperly staffing and scheduling etc etc etc
