      The pay is decent for this area.

      Cons

      Poor management. It seems no one knows what their doing there. Tell you one thing, mean something else and always go back on what they said. Youre left in the dark about everything Always changing work schedule, you don't know if you'll have 40 hours one week or less or more. They give you almost no notice of overtime either. And they flip flop the schedule so much you never know what's going on You get treated poorly and taken advantage of.

      Pros

      The opportunities to expand my breadth of knowledge were expansive. I learned an immense amount of new material and experiences during my time. I was also given the opportunity to become a SME in certain areas which helped prepare for my next position.

      Cons

      Some of the upper management personnel were not easy to work with. At times, their demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. They were never admonished for their behavior, and therefore the behavior continued.
