Associates very close knit family

Upper Management needs to add longtime floor personnel experience and skills when evaluating recurring issues that have been solved in the past. Unfortunately the Environment is in a constant survival mode.

I saw nothing good at this company.

Cons

Worst work experience of my life. 12-14-hour days are demanded. The GM, is a complete tyrant. They want increased quality and customer service but will do nothing to make it happen. Never slow down, regardless of the consequences and the drain on the workers. I wouldn’t buy from these people if for no other reason is the way they run a sweat shop and treat their employees horribly. Also, seeing what I saw when working there, no one cares about workmanship. It’s always, get more, more, more ambulances built at any cost. I had to put one star but really No Stars!!!!
