With current regime, none to speak of.

Cons

Conducts quarterly mass layoffs to maintain or inflate stock price. Several divisions are in a death spiral. Avoid like the plague. Products are routinely launched without proper test validation resulting in un-safe, and poor quality products. Poor initial quality and high warranty costs....losing strength and footprint in long-term markets to competitors.

REV is strong and growing and encourages the entrepreneurial spirit. I have great experience working with various Hiring Managers across the organization.

Cons

We are still defining processes and procedures, that can be seen as a con but you also have a voice to make a difference.
