The pros of working for a large company such as REV Group is, being a large company, they can afford to pay their employees more compensation, advancement opportunities with certifications, and tuition assistance for degrees, as well as diversity.

Cons

The cons that come with working for a larger company such as REV Group, is decisions are made at a slower pace because of Red Tape. Employees opinions/input isn't considered, and with a lot of workers in one place, an individual's massive work input isn't noticed.

Pros

Leader has an excellent culture of working together. Everyone that I have worked with has been friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. As many of the ambulances manufactured by Leader are sold in California, there is a strong feeling of directly helping the community with every vehicle made. Leader has a strong commitment to listening to their customers and the management team is very supportive of employees.

Cons

The facility is small for the number of ambulances produced.
